ECLO aims to achieve a 100% literacy rate at the elementary level across Pakistan in the future with a comprehensive self-sustainability model. It currently operates two established schools in Balakot, a region that was heavily affected by the 2005 earthquake, which are exemplary in providing modern education and emphasizing the positive personality development of each child. These schools offer a safe and nurturing environment, allowing children to thrive academically and socially, contributing to the overall rehabilitation and development of the community.

Child sponsorship is a monthly donation program that connects sponsors with vulnerable children to provide financial support for their education, health, and overall well-being.
The donor is required to cover the annual expenses of PKR 17,000 per child, which comprehensively includes the costs associated with tuition fees, textbooks, uniforms, shoes, school bags, and school van fare.
This financial contribution ensures that each child has access to essential educational resources and transportation, thereby alleviating the financial burden on families and facilitating uninterrupted access to education. By covering these expenses, donors play a crucial role in supporting the child’s academic journey, promoting a stable learning environment, and contributing to the overall development of the child.
This holistic support helps bridge the gap for underprivileged students, allowing them to focus on their studies without the worry of financial constraints.
By supporting ECLO’s mission, donors will receive the following:
- Initial Profile of the Selected Child: A detailed profile of the child you are supporting, including their background, interests, and aspirations.
- Details of the Selected School: Comprehensive information about the school where the child is enrolled, including its facilities, curriculum, and extracurricular activities.
- Receipts of All Expenses: Full transparency through receipts documenting all expenses covered by your donation, such as tuition fees, books, uniforms, shoes, school bags, and school van fare.
- Proof of Provided Necessities: Photographic evidence showing the child receiving all necessary items funded by your donation.
- Annual Report Card: An annual report card to track and ensure the child’s academic progress.

Pay annual expenses by 1st March of every year.

1st installment: PKR 8,500 (1st March)
2nd installment: PKR 8,500 (1st September)

Pay annual expenses in 3 installments:
1st installment: PKR 7,000 (1st March)
2nd installment: PKR 5,000 (1st July)
3rd installment: PKR 5,000 (1st November)
